- Heat Shrinkable Roll Covers of Teflon FEP: Fluoron offers a complete line of roll covers manufactured from Teflon® HST (Heat Shrinkable Tubing)
- "Fluoro-Coat" X-550: has the release characteristics of Teflon® and is the result of a five-year development effort. X-550 can be applied to the dryer and cured on site and can be field applied in less time than conventional dryer sleeves made with Teflon® FEP.
- Increasing Rope Life: "The Copley Rope Saver" TM increases rope life up to 500% by eliminating groove roughnes. Increasing the groove diameter makes threading easier. The liners are quickly installed, restoring the dryer groove to better than new condition.
- Roll Cleaning: Fluoron's "Beimfohr Cleaning System"TM is the most efficient roll cleaning system; faster and cleaner than sand, soda or dry ice blasting. Eliminating build-up improves product quality and increases dryer efficiency. Increased drying efficiency reduces steam costs.
- Reducing Severe Wear: "Fluoro-Wear"TM-The most wear resistant roll covers, formulated especially for long life on felt Felt Rolls and Bowed Rolls. "Fluoro-Wear"TM has 10 times better wear than roll covers of Teflon® FEP and tough enough for felt rolls and felt stretch rolls. (*Patented.).
